Glenn Wilcox, Sr., Chairman of Tower Associates, and John McKibbon, Chairman of McKibbon Hotel Group (Gainesville, GA), in partnership as MHG-Tower, LLC, manage the current development projects of two key properties in downtown Asheville, North Carolina.
Tower Associates is actively involved in the development of the 18-story building and property, formerly known as the BB&T building, which will be 54 deluxe private condominiums on the top floors, the Arras Residences. The lower floors will be the Kimpton Hotel Arras. The space will also host two restaurants, meeting rooms and retail space.
